What is the class size?
For lower secondary classes, on average, 10 per class.
For upper secondary classes, on average, 12 per class. Our dedicated tutors will address your child’s individual learning needs. Guidance and timely feedback will be guaranteed.

Are there notes and worksheets given? If so, is there any material fee?
Our tutors prepare notes and worksheets every lesson, and there is annual material fee of $40 per subject. However, our tutors often provide more supplementary materials free-of-charge during final exam periods to help our students be more prepared.
Are there make-up lessons available if my child misses a lesson?
Students are advised to attend lessons regularly and punctually. In cases of absence due to medical conditions or official reasons, please inform the centre 24 hours in advance.
Each student is permitted up to 2 make-up lessons for a term, with proof of MC or official school excuse letters. Students are strongly encouraged to make up for the missed class so as to ensure they are not behind in content.
In case of the absence without informing the centre 24 hours in advance, neither alternate form of teaching session nor refund will be provided (school fees for that particular lesson are forfeited).

Payment must be made in one of these forms:

When should I pay?
Payment should be made in full by the 15th of every month. A late payment charge of 5% will apply.
Will there be lessons during holidays (March/June/September/December)?
The centre runs on a normal schedule during the March, June, September holidays and students are required to attend these lessons. These holiday lessons aim to revise materials taught and to give a head start on the upcoming term.
There will be no lessons during the December holidays.
